Design process
Place your order - If you need to send any additional information to us to complete your order please send via email, a word document or spreadsheet, and don't forget to include your order reference number. This process helps us provide you with your mock ups promptly, and tailored exactly to your preferences.
Design proposal - Once we have all the information and personalisation details, your proofs will be designed, and sent to you (Usually within 1-2 days). We want everything to be just right, and will make any changes you might require.
Approve - Once you are thrilled with your designs and have checked and approved your proposal, we will make your order. Please allow enough time, as from start to finish the process can usually take between 2-4 weeks.
Delivery - Once your order is made we will ship by 48hr signed for delivery, and a tracking email will be sent when your order ships.
