SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
All orders will be posted using a tracked and insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or a comparable courier service. You will receive a tracking code via email once the package has been sent. Postage is confirmed at the point of dispatch however is typically in the region of £12. Orders over £250 are FREE delivery.
Please ensure that there will be someone at your specified address to sign for your delivery. Florence Frasier will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post or delayed due to postal strikes or circumstances out of our control.
Florence Frasier will not offer refunds for items that do not make it to the destination by a specific date due to delays in shipments.
Full payment is due prior to dispatch of goods.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If an item is damaged during shipping Florence Frasier will not be held responsible.
We take great care in inspecting, checking and carefully packing your order to ensure it will not be damaged in transit.
Unless the Client has inspected the goods and contacted us in writing within 5 business days of delivery, the goods are deemed to have been delivered and accepted in good order and condition.
Envelope embellishments such as wax seals can very occasionally be damaged or removed as they travel through the postal system. We cannot be held responsible for damage once the items have left the studio.
We will not be held responsible for invitation envelopes returned or lost by the Post Office after you, the Client, have mailed them to your guests.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
As our work is custom made to order, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation under any circumstances.
If production has commenced, and for any reason you should need to cancel an order, Florence Frasier will be unable to refund any fees already paid once the work on your order has begun. In the unlikely event that Florence Frasier should need to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
RETURNS
As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns once your items have been printed.
If your order differs from the proof you have approved, we will reprint your order or provide a credit to the value of the item with the error.
We will not be held responsible for any errors with the printed artwork that was approved by you, the client. If a reprint of the artwork is required due to client error, the cost of the reprint must be covered by the client.
